FLESHCRAFT DISCOGRAPHY
FLESHCRAFT BIO
Fleshcraft is a blackened death thrash metal band from Sudbury, Ontario Canada. Formed in 2001, the band played many shows and tours until 2005 when the band went on hiatus. Fleshcraft helped to deeply establish the local Sudbury Ontario metal scene and won local battle of the band's events. During their climax, Fleshcraft had a huge support following which continued to grow as the band began playing shows out of town and touring.
Fleshcraft performed with many great artists such as Infernal Majesty, Napalm Death, Cryptopsy, Exhumed, Woods of Ypres, and Misery Index to name a few. The band released an analogue demo in 2002 called "Deadline Release", a live bootleg which was unofficially distributed digitally, and the first full length 2014 album "Human Error". The song "Bloodlust" also appeared on a 2005 compilation album which was released by Bloodbucket Productions, entitled "Buckets of Blood Volume II".
Unfortunately, the original drummer of the band Marc Hache passed away, and the band decided to disband but before doing so wanted to at least record the songs that were written while Marc was in the band. New songs, along with the back catalogue of materials were re-recorded and released on the 2014 album "Human Error", which was released by one of Canada's leading underground metal labels CDN Records as well as Mark Howitt's own label Archaic North Entertainment. The band played a CD release show in Sudbury at Little Montreal which was a sold-out show and performed their last show shortly after at the final Sudbury Metal Fest event on a side stage lineup of Sudbury Metal bands which were no longer active.
